After more than 15,000 completed surveys from 6,000 participating firms, the winners for the AccountingWEB Software Satisfaction Awards 2013 were revealed on 7 November 2013.
Congratulations to BASDA members FreeAgent, Pegasus and Draycir:
FreeAgent beat the opposition in the small business accounting and bookkeeping category with an overall satisfaction score of 90%
FreeAgent was also victorious in the expenses management category and scored nearly full marks from voters on its ease of use, functionality, support and value for money.
Pegasus XRL won the Business Intelligence award, where users were particularly appreciative of the solution’s ease of use, functionality, support and value for money.
Draycir Spindle Professional was the winner in the document management category. Spindle supports a whole range of financial and ERP systems.
